Heating still works but Shaker Stopped Working

Our incubator recently stopped rotating after being turned off to load samples. When closed it tries to start rotating but quickly stops and makes a funny noise. Should I try lubricating the belt or is there any troubleshooting advice or a phone number I should reach out to?
