Here are some troubleshooting steps for the "MD1030: Bandpass optosensor not found" error on the ICE 3000: - Check that the bandpass optosensor is correctly installed in its slot at the back of the ICE 3000 and the retaining screw is tightened. Reseat the sensor if needed. - Inspect the sensor connector for any bent pins or damage. Clean the connector if there is any debris. - Try swapping the bandpass optosensor with another sensor slot as a test. This can help rule out a faulty sensor. - Power cycle the ICE 3000 and restart the software to reinitialize communication with the sensor. - Update the ICE 3000 firmware and Datacolor ColorTools software to the latest versions in case this error is fixed. - Contact Datacolor support if the error persists. They can help diagnose hardware faults like a defective bandpass sensor or mainboard issue requiring service/replacement. - As a temporary workaround, you may be able to continue using the ICE 3000 with reduced functionality until the sensor is repaired/replaced. The key steps are thoroughly inspecting sensor installation and connectors, trying known good sensors, updating software/firmware, and contacting support if needed. Let me know if the error persists after trying these suggestions!
