Mastercycler stuck on the loading screen
My Eppendorf Nexus gradient master cycler comes on but remains stuck on the loading screen and the buttons are not responsive. Tried switching the machine off and turning it back on but it doesn't make any difference. How do we solve this problem, please?

I believe we had a customer with this issue, Eppendorf wouldn't send us any files for us to reinstall the software and wanted to look at it themselves to do this so you might need to contact them directly and see how you get on.
