Probelm with Cover
When I start my Real time PCR, it displays a message that the cover can not be lowered and then aborts the reaction.

Double check there are no obstructions stopping the lid from lowering, it might need taking apart and looking at to see if anything mechanical has gone wrong, it will cost a fair bit to have Thermo look at it but i'm sure they can resolve the issue.
