Disconnection between AI-3000 (autosampler) and the Focus GC

Every time I have to run a sample, after the injection, the Focus GC just display the message 'Waiting for contact closure' and the actual run only starts if I manually do it on the keypad program. I know it sounds like a minor issue, but having to be close to equipment and press start while running 200 samples is haunting me every single day :( I've already tried changing the configurations of the 'sequence run', but even a 'single run' is having the same problem! What can I do to solve this? Thank you in advance guys!
