Conductivity Sensor wiring to M800 after obsoletion of 770MAX

Has anyone connected a Mettler Toledo Thornton standard 2-electrode conductivity sensor (NOT ISM) to a M800 transmitter? I have two Thornton 230211 Smart ISM Sensors connected to a 770MAX, but now Thornton is telling me there is no patch cable to connect the Smart Sensor to the M800. The 230211 uses the HART protocol, but the M800 must be using a different protocol. So I have two sensors that I can remove the Smart electronics from and connect directly to the M800?
