"One parameter is invalid" error in SPECORD 200 Plus

When I turn ON the instrument then it initializes but when I want to use Spectrum mode then it gives error in reference correction. It shows the error "One parameter is invalid" In wavelength program when I change the wavelength and start reference correction then the grating doesn't move and it shows false reading. Tried to perform basic correction but same error occurs. Also tried to perform the standard correction but "Overflow in Reference channel" error occurs. Although it sets on zero order for both Halogen and D2E lamp from Service mode but it doesn't help much. Please suggest further.
