power supply keeps restarting, dead

Just a heads up for anyone experiencing power supply issues on these types of centrifuges. A small zener diode on the board is usually the culprit. I have replaced a few of these with great success. On the 21R it is labeled V41 and is a BZX84C22, available at Digikey. This is the same part that is a problem in the XTR centrifuge also. It is V21 on the XTR.
