Schematic or service manual

Got a dead UV-900 (burned current limiter in the lamp circuit) and can't find a replacement part from the markings on the component. Anyone have a schematic or service manual that might help? You can respond privately if you like at bell3660@sbcglobal.net. Thx, Bob
