Eppendorf 5430R Lid Could Not Be Latched error

Has anyone had this problem? I've replaced the three micro switches related to the lid motors with the same brand and model switch but still does not work. Or, it works intermittently. Mostly doesn't work. Sometimes one side will stop the lid motor but the other won't and an error results. The main board was replaced recently due to a shorted IXYS module, but the centrifuge had the lid issue before that. Thanks for any information in advance.
