Bio-Rad CFX96 error message

Hello, We have a Bio-Rad CFX96 PCR machine and show the below error message: 000B002D x000B002D OHFD_POSCHECK_ERR: Indicates that a full step (16 microsteps) or more was detected in shuttle position at the end of a scan. Does anyone know the cause of this error? Bio-Rad doesn't know too much about this. Thank You!
