Need Help with Beckman Coulter Allegra X-15R Centrifuge Issue

Hello LabWrench community, I am currently facing an issue with my Beckman Coulter Allegra X-15R centrifuge. I've noticed that it's not reaching the desired speed during operation. I've tried recalibrating the rotor, checking the power supply, and ensuring proper balance with different sample loads, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced something similar with the Allegra X-15R or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
