Error 31

Warm greetings, I currently have an Eppendorf 5804 centrifuge which has an Error 31, while "Press open" displays on the screen. This instrument boots into this error when switched on and when the "open button" is pressed to open the lid, the lock latch motor rotates ( the lock latch moves) but the error still remains. We have swapped the original board with a new one but this error persists. Has any of us here had such an issue? If yes, how was it resolved?
