Metal Tube plug stuck in the ultracentrifuge rotor

Hi , I was using the ultracentrifuge. My thin wall tube is completely stuck within the rotor along with the tube metal cap and plug. So I am unable to autoclave and take out the tube. How to remove the metal cap without harming the rotor. Please help.
