Please check network connection

i have avantor H31 Plus connected to a pc and set IP & acessing Port by default 5100. and i get ping when ping PC to the avantor H31 plus it respond but when trying send data from analyzer to pc showing a prompt which is " Please check network connection". i was tried both straight through and crossover cables. please any idea to solve it ?.
