Need to know more about the IR 120 denver instrument mositure analyzer

First tell me which calibration i need to do -exteranl or internal or both . Do i need to do hardware test as well. What time and temp we need to put for dry favabeans samples. Is it possible to put the favabeans seeds directly or do i need to grind it first.
