No signal to the monitor

We bought two XPN-100s from an auction. One work fine but the other came with the Elo touch monitor dislodged forcefully from the bracket that is attached to the mounting arm. When the instrument is powered up the monitor comes alive (displays Elo) but then displays a "No Signal". The monitor does not display "Beckman" indicating there is no communication between the computer board and the monitor. All the cables (including the USB-A connection) seems to be securely attached both at the monitor and at the control board. Beckman tech help says this is a monitor issue but when I look at both control boards, I see few red LEDs light up in both control boards. Please let me know is there anything I can do to fix this issue. Don H
