Resetting the service code pin

My JXN-26 has a F5 error and according to dpkleessr of this forum the elevation where the machine is located needs to be entered to the system. But I cannot log into the system page as it is asking for a pin. Is there a master pin to log in as an administrator or engineer? Thanks Don H
