Trouble in the equipment

I adjusted the temperature to 56° C and put three tubes of 1.5 mL each containing around 400 ul. After some hours, the equipment started beeping nonstop. I was worried because I intended to leave the device on overnight. What does this beeping mean? What should I do? I am writing from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, University Hospital.
