Error 11

I have quite a few hotplates that have Error 11. And by "quite a few", I mean 12 hotplates. Sometimes I can correct the issue by opening the hotplate and manually turning the motor, or by turning the motor externally with another magnetic stirrer with a strong magnet. But, typically it goes right back to Error 11. Anyone else have the same issue and able to permanently resolve it? The manual conveniently skips over Error 11 in the table of error codes.

Error 11 on laboratory hotplates, particularly those with magnetic stirrers, is often associated with motor or stirrer malfunction. This could involve the motor being seized, a power supply issue, or sensor feedback problems. Since you have several hotplates experiencing the same issue, it may indicate a design flaw or wear-and-tear issue in the motor assembly.
