Flashing red power button

Hello, my lab encounter a sudden issue when using this Eppendorg 5810R model today. I was using it chilled centrifuge at 4 degree Celsius, to suspend a cell sample, and it was going smoothly until a sudden lost of power. I received no error message on the display, nor any responses from front panel button. I switched off the main power button, pulled out the plug allows the machine to sit for a minutes or two, before plug everything back in. The lid can be open, however, the power button is now flashing red ( which does not reflect to any indicator in the manual), and there is no display. Would anyone here please share their knowledge on this one, on what might have happened? Thank you very much.
