startup

I have a A&D compact scale HT-500 with the PC5247F model PCB that on startup goes straight into CHECK/SERVICE mode. I have copied across all the parameters I can locate from a couple of working units and it still wont going into weighing mode. Does anyone have any ideas or even a service manual for this model.
