DIAG: 60&6A (Drive malfunction)

Hi. I got this error today. I was trying to get 50,000rpm then around 18,000 rpm the run status changed to "Checking Intertia" and then stopped acceleration. I waited very long time until the rotor stopped by itself. Now the speed only goes up to 500 rpm and I keep getting the same errors. How can I fix this?
