Overpressure

I am working with Netzsch STA 449 F3 Jupiter thermogravimeter. It worked pretty well all the time, but few days ago, after annealing, it shows "Overpressure" on display. Maybe there is anything what i can do with it?

The "Overpressure" warning on the Netzsch STA 449 F3 Jupiter thermogravimeter typically indicates an issue with the gas flow or pressure regulation system. Ensure that the gas supply is properly connected and that there are no leaks in the system.
