Drive spindle does read any rpm

i replace the Ram pcb and that fixed the problem the "drive" error D6.1 and vacuum keep turning on. but it still having spindle drive cannot read any rpm when i spin it. please help. is it easy to remove the spindle like the L8-70M model?
