did you ever find a copy? Looking for a copy for an old ZSX Mini II and the Rigaku Support Team is less than helpful

Hello steven4858 I was not able to find a copy. I had to reach out to rigaku and purchase a new software. However it costed almost $5000. The software needed to be custom setup with a usb license key specifically for my machine. We paid for the software months ago and are still waiting for the final usb license key. My best suggestion is to reach out to the previous owners of the machine and see if you can obtain the original software and usb license key

I think mine is old enough to not need the dongle and programming, just need a copy of the software. They wont even charge me the 5K lol. Its a shame the thing seems to otherwise work fine. Was an old Govt. surplus item, so they just cut the cords when they dumped it. Knew it would be a pain, but took a chance. Good luck with yours!

I have one of these machines complete with software and key, chiller, computer, manuals Etc. Tube I believe is newer 2018 machine is maybe 2011 ish. I have no way of testing. I am going to sell it but have no idea of value. Any help would be great. If this reply is not allowed please delete. Thanks

These machines are scrap weight without properly working and tested. They are obselete and getting parts is very difficult. Spending $20,000-50,000 for a machine doesn't make sense if its going to break soon and its going to cost with more headaches trying to get it repaired than simply buying a new one for 5x the price, with warranty and modern software/upgrades. I would be interested it as a spare/loaner to my current machine. Otherwise I would try to recommend some instrument resale sites or ebay.

Rigaku usually doesn’t provide ZSX Primus II software and drivers as public downloads. The best option is to contact Rigaku support or your local Rigaku representative, as they can provide the correct versions of ZSX Guidance, EZ Scan, and EZ Analysis for your instrument. Sometimes these are also available through the original installation media if you have access to it.
