Anyone have service manual for General Data Cassette Printer???

I have a couple of General Data laser cassette markers, model CL-4 and CL-12 Have not been able to locate service and/or parts manuals. Factory seems helpful but sent operator manuals with the most technical part is cleaning... Any help appreciated. Thx, Dan
