Assistance for HP4750 stirred cell

Dear Sir, I am a PhD student at IMT Mines Albi in France, currently working with the Sterlitech HP4750 dead-end filtration system. I am encountering an issue where, as soon as I apply pressure (1 bar), the water inside the cell flows out very quickly, making it impossible to measure the flux due to its rapidity. The membrane I am using is made of cellulose acetate with a polyester substrate. To troubleshoot, I have ensured that: All components are correctly assembled and tightly sealed to prevent leaks. The membrane is properly placed and strong enough to withstand 1 bar. The experiment has been repeated multiple times (five trials) with consistent results. I have also tested with a PVDF membrane, but the issue persists. Would you have any insights into what might be causing this issue? Additionally, would it be possible for one of your technicians to visit IMT Mines Albi to inspect and repair the system on-site? As I am working on my PhD research, resolving this issue as soon as possible is crucial. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Imen
