UV winlab error

Hello, most of the time when I launch winlab this error pops up before I even sign in: the method or task can not be open due to a missing module or accessory, the application will exit. We have been told to run a stop method before turning off the lambda device but we still have this issue daily... Has anyone encountered the same issue? How do we fix it? Best regards, Robin
