ozone generator

I have a nitrogen/sulfur analyzer in my laboratory, and the ozone generator in the nitrogen module has malfunctioned. After troubleshooting, I confirmed that the electrode in the ozone generator is faulty. My question is: Can replacing only the damaged electrode resolve the issue, or is it necessary to replace the entire ozone generator module? Any advice or insights from those with experience repairing similar equipment would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
