Reagent Probe Error

Hello everyone, I have an AU400 and yesterday it gave me this error message. Reagent probe rotating error. I just restarted the machine and when I pressed the stop button to put the unit on a stand by mode, the reagent probe arm is not moving at all. Pls advise.............
