Eppendorf 170 S temperature control

The temperature is high and unstable. The "FAIL" message appears on the screen. As I understand it, it could be a sensor issue. Where are the thermistor sensors located? Also, what color of wires/pins are related to the sensors?The diagram or service manual would be appreciated.
