Trouble pressure sensor

Dear all, please help me. I have a problem with my instrument, AAS Thermo iCE 3000. Before I turn on the instrument, I have opened the valve of gas regulator according to the rules of thermo. But the pressure gas on the solaar software is still red (empty). I have checked the gas regulator and compressor, there is nothing problem with those. Thank you
