UV Lamps not working Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. ChemiDoc™ Touch Imaging System

UV Lamps not working. Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. ChemiDoc™ Touch Imaging System No longer supported by Agilent/Bio-Rad Error on banks 1-3. No magic smoke signs on the lamp board. Does anybody have any troubleshooting starting points?
