CONTOLS IN PANNEL IS NOT RESPONDING
I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DEVICE. WHEN USING THE KEYBOARD, IT'S WORKING, BUT WHEN I PRESS THE START BUTTON, IT'S NOT WORKING. IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THE CONTROLS?

Hello,
it could be that either the button or the foil cable interconnecting the buttons to the CPU is faulty.
Depending on the software version installed, you may try the function keys (especialy F10, F11, F12) to press "start" via the external keyboard.
