Parts Needed

Our machine isn't pushing the capsules all the way thru the rectifier race way, size 00. The capsules will sit standing up in the front of the guide and the blade isn't pushing them all the way thru to the cap & body ring. I tried using food grade machine lubricant on the rectifier and hoped the vacuum could pull them thru easier but to no avail.
