Unsuccessful Empty tip Contents excution

Hi everyone, I'm new to working with the Tecan Fluent system. I'm trying to use the Empty Tip Contents command, but it seems the tips are only touching the liquid rather than fully dispensing their contents. I'm working with a high-OD yeast suspension, and I can clearly see that a significant amount of yeast remains in the tips after the command runs. Has anyone encountered this issue or found a way to resolve it?
