Error '08.025' on in Eppendorf ThermoMixer C

Hi, has anyone seen this error before. There is nothing in the operators manual. AI suggests the temperature sensor, but on opening I can't even find where the sensor is!

I have the same problem. Our thermomixer is now 2,5 years old.
