DR 6000 - Error [32-12] "Selfcheck stopped. Please close the lid"

Hello, I'm currently experiencing an issue with my Hach DR 6000 spectrophotometer. Upon startup, the device displays the following error message: Error [32-12] (V1.22, 1549955) Selfcheck stopped. Please close the lid. I have confirmed that the lid is fully closed, but the error still persists. I’ve also tried gently pressing the lid during startup, but it doesn’t help. Could this be related to the lid sensor? If so, where is it located, and how can I test or replace it? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
