XRD D6 Phaser Bruker issue when booting

Hi everyone, We have a Bruker D6 Phaser XRD system, and I'm currently experiencing an issue when trying to start it. The instrument seems to get stuck during the booting process. The operator screen displays the following message: "Starting ICS... Assigned IP: 192.xxx.xxx.xxx, Starting Network..." I've already tried powering off and restarting both the computer and the XRD unit, but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any suggestions on what might be causing it? Thanks in advance for your help!
