Can I have the "Vortex-Ex sillicon drift X-ray detector (Hitachi XRF FT150 detector)"

We had "Hitachi XRF FT150" series. But the part of that is bad state. So we want to change the "Vortex-Ex sillicon drift X-ray detector" . Can we change the part? How much is the "price and delivery" ? Thank you for your readings.
