Technical support/ troubleshooting

In Thermo fisher scientific ICP PRO ICP OES We did every things & procedural steps to make the system ready. But During this procedures to make the icp oes in ready state one of the parameter "optical temprature" (38 debgree centigrade) do not reach this required temperature. so icp cannot in ready state & not possible to igmite plasma what will be the probable cause of such faults?
