MICROFUGE 22R

Hello, I have a Microfuge 22R that was found with a blown fuse and no power to the device. I replaced the fuse with a new one and attempted to power on the device however it immediately blows the fuse upon power up. I replaced the power cable and the problem persisted. What should my next step be? THANK YOU! Sean
