not detecting carbon

Yesterday my instrument stopped detecting carbon. Did i mess up the calibration? I reran the Al/Cu calibrations with X-checker. I used carbon on the X-checker and am not getting a peak. when i push analyze button, it comes up with 0% for carbon.
