Crooked fume hood sash - can we fix this on our own?

Our circa 2013 fume hood has developed a crook - when pulled all the way down it's definitely cockeyed and leaves a large gap, on the bottom as well as on the right side. I've looked thru it's schematics and don't see any references to how to adjust this. Has this happened to anyone else and were you able to remedy the situation. We are up for a recertification in several months but don't want to wait that long or incur the expense to have the company come out. Thank you for any advice!

Well, no one answered but after searching for this info and asking the company even, I stumbled across this from the Kewaunee YouTube channel, which nothing on their page indicated existed! They have several videos on adjusting the sash, whether crooked or just not returning to the right position. This is for crooked sashes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D83qLRDf1DA I hope it works. Still awaiting the our maintenance tech to help try it out. You have to approach it from the top of the unit.
