air pump replacement

i have a nu 5800 incubator, i need to replace the air pump but it is inaccessible. the manual shows that it should have 2 screws in the front opening which should give access to the pump but my equipment is sealed in front, I can open the back but its is very difficult to reach. suggestions or similar manuals, videos needs.
