Water check fail, SG too high and Adjustment

I have an issue on a water check for this device showing results of SG failing to high. It was blocked prior and we performed a flush to correct that issue. After the flush we ran a 1% bleach solution to help the issue and then performed a water check , in whisch it fails SG too high. So, then an adjustment was ran and the result is showing that the density deviation is too high and we muat reject and repeat process. How do I calibrate so it can pass on the water checks for daily use?
