Repair possible?

Hello, We have a very old VWR Accusterilizer AS12 with printer at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. My supervisor asked me to determine whether repair of this autoclave is possible. The last time the machine was used or serviced by our staff was in the early 2000s. The system starts up, but gives an error message that says " system startup calibration error: please call customer service." I've contacted the number in the owner's manual, only to be told that they are unable to repair this autoclave. They then directed me to you. Any advice, assistance, or direction you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jeanette
