Error 652- Specified flowrate cannot be reached

I have an error on the Q5000 SA that is saying the specified flowrate cannot be reached. I believe this happened after the nitrogen gas line was connected at 20 psig. I am not sure was to do to get it to start working. Also, how do I deal with error 608- Heat exchanger flow error? Thank you!
