Shifting in retention time

Dear all, I’m facing a retention time shifting issue in thermo GC-MS. The shift is around ~3 minutes compared to previous runs, although all method parameters (oven program, carrier gas flow, inlet temperature, split ratio, column type, etc.) are exactly the same. The system was running fine before. What could be the possible reasons for such a significant RT shift? Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be appreciated.
